We have books exploring the history of how and why we came to live in this extractive culture.  Our collection includes titles such as: The End of Growth: Adapting to Our New Economic Reality by Richard Heinberg, Collapse: How Societies Choose to Fail or Succeed by Jared Diamond, and The Post Carbon Reader: Managing the 21st Century's Sustainability Crisis edited by Richard Heinberg and Daniel Lerch.

We also have multiple books exploring ways we can work together to create a more regenerative society.  Our collection includes titles such as: How We Show Up: Reclaiming Family, Friendship, and Community by Mia Birdsong, Power From the People: How to Organize, Finance, and Launch Local Energy Projects by Greg Pahl, The Transition Handbook: From Oil Dependency to Local Resilience by Bob Hopkins, and Less is More: Embracing Simplicity for a Healthy Planet, a Caring Economy, and Lasting Happiness by Cecile Andrews and Wanda Urbanska.
