Traditional Beadwork Class
Join Megan Schnitker from Lakota Made and the Makhato Revitalization Project for an evening learning how to make a traditional bead pouch.
About this Event
Students will be making their own small pouches that they can use for rocks, plants, mini treasures!
These pouches will be made out of leather and seed beads! Basic beginner bead stitch will be taught. Students will learn tips and tricks to beading on leather and harder felt fabric.
This will be a 2-3 hour class and will fill up fast. Space is limited to 20 people so please reserve your spot!
Ages 12 and up welcome!
