Living Earth Center believes that, like a healthy eco-system, a healthy community needs diversity of people, of ideas, and strengths – all contributing to the community as a whole.  Executive Director, Laura Peterson will lead a conversation about how Living Earth Center, through hosting the largest community garden in Mankato and providing educational and soul-enrichment opportunities, is helping the local and greater Mankato community find and share connections.
